I picked up the book earlier today and that portion of the panel is covered up by other panels, there was really no need to draw the legs if they weren’t going to be visible in the finished page.

Probably since all his written reports are just “eyup” and “nope.” And on multiple choice tests, he writes in [O] EYUP and [0] NOPE and fills them in instead.

Well there is the toy line….but in the comics ,surely they give that the respect it deserves rigth?
