As far as we know, said student isn’t even related to Lee(Lee is not related to Gai either, remember?), much less his son. Nothing was ever said or implied for a Lee/Tenten ship in 700(and I say that as someone who likes that pairing quite a bit).
 
…is what I would say, but some recent information has confirmed it’s Lee’s son Metal Lee.
 
Also, considering how Tenten is the only female konoha character that would be childless in this case, I really doubt Metal Lee is not her son. It’s just not how Kishimoto’s lazy writing works.
