I think it’s actually Trixie.
But then again, he did answer in this thread, so maybe he’ll get a notification if he’ll ever log in on Derpibooru, and maybe he’ll give us a clue of what happened.
I don’t want to bother him with a PM.
;_; Argh, I know, I went lookin’ for it to reblog this coolness but it’s all gone.
“Tag spelunking” is what we’ve left for 7Night’s art :|
His blog is totally gone.
…to MARE-TAL KOMBAT!!
Ready….
…FIGHT!!
I see, that explain it all xD
Errr…. no.
The comic has it being Queen Chrysalis.
Real reason: Unlimited Blade Works is cool.
Well depending on how powerful Luna made those swords, it could be assumed that Chrysalis is simply hitting them with a strong magical force, at least in theory.
Yup, I’ve read the comic, which is another reason I was trying to bring attention to the “can you punch a sword apart” argument, when magic is clearly involved
Yes, I did read the comic. I am just throwing hypothesi around purely to just suggest them. Nothing more.
@Ponyfodder
@Blissey1
have any of you guys actually read the comic that this is animated from, Luna is fighting Chrysalis here, who has magical powers that I am pretty sure make it possible for her to break Luna’s weapons without damaging herself in the process.
She magics a new one, never the original that breaks.
Could be the swords are brittle as fuck but can hold an edge. Would put the sword into the crap range of what constitutes as a good sword, but it is very possible that magically created swords just fail in comparison to a decently forged one.
Pathetic!
