Pure rage or crazy psychic powers, whatever is keeping them alive in that state. If Eridium can make Rats shoot lasers, talking without a jaw doesn’t seem to odd.
Most of those things can be justified through Digistruct Technology. Everything else, those characters are just really badass.
I just don’t get how someone can talk without a lower jaw.
It’s Borderlands. A man uses his fists over shotguns, rocket launchers, and sledgehammers. There are zombies that can speak. There are shotguns that load shotgun shells and shoot rockets. There are robots regenerating mechanical limbs with no apparent source of material. You can’t die because of regeneration. Not much to question here c:
