I’m with Fluttershy. I play Monopoly for fun, and I sometimes play it by myself. By just only getting all the properties to win, which is a quicker way to finish the game than the traditional route. Also, this comic is pretty cute.

Monopoly isn’t a game one plays for fun, it’s an endurance and friendship test. If you can play a game of Monopoly and not only finish it, but not hate everyone you played with afterwords, then you are truly a great friend with an indomitable will.
 
I’m pretty sure Hercules had to play a game of Monopoly as one of his Twelve Labors. We never hear about it because he ended up murdering everyone else at the table with his seat.

This reminds me of the most improbable Monopoly game I ever played. A German version in a bush hotel in Madagascar, whose most of the banknotes were missing. I wrote IOUs on a piece of paper to replace them.
