The occasional commentary on humanity’s failings has only gotten more tactful over time. Unless you’re the kind of guy who has convinced himself that any honest criticism of humanity’s faults in their long history is a show of indisputable misanthropy, then I understand entirely where you’re coming from. Not exactly a realistic or healthy mindset to have, but you do you.
