Pretty much, my biggest quirk of the episode is how Twilight notices the sad pinkie and says “that can’t be the real one”…
 
Then she goes and makes a test that favors the ones who wouldn’t act like an hyperactive kid (the same kind of pony she said it couldn’t be Pinkie).
 
 
Polsky episodes seems to have that “better not think too much about it” thing going on. >_>

For consistency and continuity’s sake, I wish Pinkie had gone Pinkamena-mode in TMPP, like this pic demonstrates. But I know that, had she done so, it would’ve been too easy to pick her out of the lineup, thus defeating the point of the climax (Twilight genociding Pinks)
 
That’s really my one quibble with the episode: Pinkie didn’t go Pinkamena. And when Dash brought her in, she made a point to say Pinkie was moping, which should have tipped the others off immediately that something was different about this Pinkie.
