Celestia got the Mane Six, Spike (wherever he is) and the Cutie Mark Crusaders their tickets like she got the Grand Galloping Gala tickets for Twilight and her friends. Either she was too cheap for ten VIP tickets, or this was Trollestia’s doing. “I’ve got VIP privileges, and you haven’t. Oh, and they’ve got some delicious cake at the VIP area. Problem?”
I shall headcanon that.

“but what can you do?” I prefer to just enjoy the show and comics, and to not over think too many of the details.
While people were debating things like pony genetics, I found it more enjoyable to just think ponies were made of candy.
The same reason the upper crust (including Upper Crust) doesn’t recognize the Bearer of Generosity. Celestia has waged an aggressive disinformation campaign to keep the Mane Six’s identity’s relatively obscure, so that they may led something approaching normal lives.
Of course, that kind of fell through with Twilight’s coronation/apotheosis, but what can you do?
