We’ve seen a pony version of 1 (in the comics), 3 as a background character, 4 (in the comics), 5 (also BG character), 10 (Doctor Whooves/Time Turner) and 11 (BG Character and comics)
 
We’re still waiting on 2, 6, 7, 8, and 9.

I think there’s also a scene where he’s seen fumbling around with 11’s Sonic in the background of one of the comics… which is funny because they showed that he and 11 a few pages earlier (can’t mistake the fez)

I go with the 10th. His passing resemblance to Tennant is why Doctor Whooves is even a thing in the first place.
 
Plus, in some merch he’s been depicted using Nine/Ten’s sonic screwdriver, and he’s certainly not Nine.

Yeah, that’s kinda how I see it too.
 
The question is… that being the case, which number Doctor is the brown one we all know? Is he the Tenth? First? A different number? (my headcanon says he’s the first). Regardless, he’s not the Twelfth.
