I haven’t read the IDW comics, so I presumed that being head of the Canterlot Guard he would have ended up more in the guard’s academy as a cadet.
Unless he’s ROTC…
No, I mean college (Canterlot Academy, to be precise). Check the IDW comic posts… he was in the math club, gaming club, LARP club, the works. Geek to the core, despite being an athletically built colt.
