Its because they never actually though about it plus its not always easy making a good looking sonic/shadow/silver/tails/knuckles (i’m just using them for examples) human non anthro characters of sonic series. I mean do you see any actual animals turn into humans art style with the sonic characters? NO!!
 
Because some people are just too lazy to even think about making an pic with mlp fim x sonic characters in REAL human form! That’s what I think anyway.

Finally!!!! An artist that finally makes a human couple (non anthro) with mlp fim x sonic the hedgehog characters! How come people never try using human art style instead of using sometimes like ponies x etc because that’s getting old just saying.
