That’s understandable. At first I wanted to avoid making Rumble to girly, specially since he was already going to have a crush on Spike, but eventually I realized I was just limiting myself and not doing something I wanted.
It may sound like I’m just excusing shitty writing and author appeal, but I think that if I can tell a story the way I want without worrying about it being too silly or forced, than I can put more effort in it and the final result will be better. Or so I hope.
