Basically the idea is that she has a “charm neutral creep” ability and a buff ability so she’s kind of a jungler in addition to support.  
But I don’t know if that would really work out!

Actually in most MOBA games they have an area that is outside of the traditional lanes of the map called the jungle, often twisty and less straight forward with lots of brush to gank from. However the players in that area have to gain levels from fighting neutral monsters which are often much stronger than the minions. but they reward you with buffs!
 
Though its strange that she’s a jungler and a support. Most support junglers are also tanks and I can’t see this class as one. I mean no armor look at that!
