I’m not sure it’s supposed to be Eternal Reward. The artist seems to like coming up with his own weapon designs when he can manage it.

Why?
 
Sniper stays away from the fighting, has the jarate/shield replacements for his secondary gun, apologizes for killing his enemies sometimes, has the most experience with animals, and has more animal companions than any other class.
 
Medic is a mad scientist who shoots people with needles, cuts them with bonesaws, and even when healing, it’s mostly to build ubercharge which is meant to allow for even GREATER acts of murder more often than not.
