I wanted to draw a foal with a wheel chair as it just seems like one of those things MLP would touch on, but havent (yet?). Excuse my lack of knowing how to draw a chair, I cant draw anything with wheels.
I liked the idea of him being an inspiration to Scootaloo? To encourage her to not worry about her wings and that everyone is different and unique.
