That maybe true but there is a difference in art style from Sailor Moon and Revolutionary Girl Utena yes both Generic Shoujo but it’s the small changes that make them different. Notice I said Utena since that was the first thing that came to mind and nothing else because this reminds me more of that style than any other “generic” shoujo style :p
