Tell Chrysalis there’s a bunch of love-filled saps heading to her old hive and that if she flies fast enough she can catch up to them, then take Twilight away whooping it up like Zoidburg the whole time. I would also take Twilight to lunch and then to the doctor’s, then the spa.

Apply tazer liberally to the bug pony until she either leaves or goes unconscious, then comfort Twilight (and get her to a hospital, depending on the severity of the injuries).
 
If Chrysalis shows up again, well, I’m from a family of gun nuts. I’ll have plenty of ways to deal with her in a permanent fashion.
