My point is that we give derpy a personality sooo that why we ship her with put pony name here because she nice, ect. ect. But Flash… we dont know about him! Is he hardheaded, Is he smart, Is he arkward? and the fandom had not give him a personality yet. So there is your point!

Your point? That’s just fans having fun with background ponies. We probably wouldn’t like them either if they stole screen time and integrated themselves into the main plot (along with mackin’ on one of the main characters) without showing any personality beyond “nice” and “has a guitar and dick”.
Derpy has NO personality, but us fans made her a personality… So yeah we did the same with background ponies.
People complain that he had little personality, but people forget background ponies with no personality have still risen to popular status with agreed-upon fanon. When I see people complain we aren’t abandoning FS, I just chuckle.
Probably safe to say the Pony version of Flash Sentry has been promoted to “ensemble darkhorse” huh?
