Believe you me, I know. I’d kind of have to know that in order to justify my lack of ability with chess and still think I’m as smart as I am.
Still, the point of showing someone as really bad at chess is generally to show that they’re dumb, or at least not as smart as they think they are.
I prefer Go anyway (not that I’m any better with that).
Intelligence doesn’t always come with the ability to play chess well.
Pinkie Pie isn’t as dumb as people in the fandom seem to think she is.
