No they weren’t, no pony really was technically, but my OC Passion does most of the MLP tf stuff on my account. Twilight could also have been the caster, given her spell with the breezies, but once again, neither of them were implied either lol
And though it’s not said in this description or on DeviantArt, are those two characters indeed off-screen? You being the uploader, I think you should know.
