Here’s Zipp’s bedroom ported from Makaryo’s updated G5 model pack, with assets extracted from A Zephyr Heights Mystery by Lavendergas.

Please give me a shout over here or Discord if there are any problems!

Some notes:

Many of the models have multiple skins so that you can change up the theme of the room.
I ported and tested these specifically for SFM. I can’t guarantee it to work in Gmod.
I replaced the map on her desk because the original textures were extremely low quality. The pics were replaced with official concept art of the Maretime Bay map.

Why does Zipp need a student-style loft setup in her bedroom? She lives in a palace. I’m sure there’s another room somewhere that she can use as her office. Heck, she’s a princess, so her bedroom is probably just one room in an expansive suite, her “chambers,” as they’re usually called in palaces.
