Nonsense, it could happen, somehow or other.
But again, this whole “doing better” thing is just silly. First of all, there isn’t much reason to even try if she already likes the dude (which she obviously does), and secondly, he’s a great guy, so there’s not a whole lot more to shoot for.
Original point still standing, I was just saying it’s pretty insulting to assume she couldn’t do better if she tried. Other point still standing, I think it’d be preferable she’d go with pony Flash, wasn’t trying to compare the two at all. Human/Pony-Human inter-dimensional relationships are weird and just don’t work out.
With either Flash, you have a respectable, kindhearted, generous individual. In pony Flash’s case, he’s a ranking royal guard, so he’s got position and responsibility, and he’s reliable enough to be frequently seen escorting Cadence personally. In human Flash’s case, you’ve got someone who is unselfish and fun, and is genuinely interested in Twilight. Really, she can’t go wrong with either one, from what we’ve seen so far.
Well, he’s nice. He plays guitar I guess. Then again, that’s just human Flash. Considering Pony Flash only had probably 5 minutes(I think) of screen time, that question is up in the air. It probably doesn’t help my point having not watched Rainbow Rocks yet. But I think the fact still stands.
Well what makes flash less better than other potiental coltfriends ?
Not hating on Flash here. But are you implying SHE couldn’t land anyone better than Flash? Because she probably could.

Perhaps, but to be fair, I hear Hasbro gives DHX alot of freedom with the show, more then alot of people think. Aside from things like say Cadance’s wedding, introducing the crystal empire/ponies, or giving Twilight wings, they let them do pretty much anything they want practically.
I don’t think Shining Armor’s very brief cameo in S4 was mandated by Hasbro however.
The haters should know that it is the writers who are suffering.
