I didn’t really give a whole lot of thought to how balanced or useful this card could or would be. I only sought to make it as… inconvenient… as possible :P

Lol yeah. I think they kind of overdid it trying to keep it new and relevant. I still remember playing it when you actually had to buy packs and rely on luck and trading to get good cards. I feel like now, you could probably just buy every individual card you wanted online and just minmax the perfect deck XD
Oh my sweet innocent angel
Edited
A hand trap would be useful. She’s just… inconvenient XD
As far as I know, the only other card with an effect like this is Parasite Paracide, which you put in your opponent’s deck instead :P
I got out of playing before synchro, pendulum, or even XYD monsters were a thing, so I have no clue how things balance nowadays. Aside from the most basic concept of “better effect has bigger drawbacks” I’m completely clueless on how to actually balance it XD
I like to think this would be the one card that actually could, since it specifically declares it negates win conditions. I think it’s balanced by how expensive it is to maintain: skipping your own draw phase is basically a self-inflicted Yata Lock, so you’d only be able to keep it up a few turns. Coupled with how you have no real control over when it activates, I think the odds of it actually weathering Exodia or Final Countdown would be pretty rare. I just love the idea of her literally deflecting the attack of THE Exodia by just being annoying XD
She wants attention and just splooted on your deck. You can’t draw because she’s blocking your cards, and when you finally get rid of her you do so by kicking her across the room… which hits your opponent and drains their LP. The card’s lore is she just showed up and is ruining your game, which is why she can even interfere with the win conditions set by creatures like Exodia XD
@Sprite
@Runic Script
She only blocks your draw phase, but even then if you drew her the first opportunity that’d be inflicting 1000 damage at the cost of a single draw phase, which is pretty okay all things considered: I can’t think of any other cards that let you inflict 1000 damage for free. She’d also be useful for activating flip monsters with weak attack like Man-Eater Bug, since if your opponent summoned a monster next turn and obliterated it you’d take no damage. She’s also the Pony archetype, so she’d benefit from cards that support them. She’s not overly useful and esoteric, but versatile and can save the day in unlikely circumstances, which is the most “Trixie” thing ever I think :P
The Draw negation only applies to effects that make you draw cards though (since Trixie is blocking your deck).
Which is definitely true. But then you have other wincons like Ghostrick Angel of Mischief. (But who plays that? lol)
True, but any Exodia player is gonna have spells to search or mill through their deck for the Exodia pieces, and Inconvenient Pony - Trixie negates forced Draw effects. So, while the possibility of getting Exodia’d exists, if you get IP-T out before then, she’s still going to be quite an inconvenience.
