I am sceptical about this Hasbro intentionally wanted to sabotage himself with G5 theory. G4 and MLP was their golden egg laying goose. Simple economic fact is that G4 did their stocks good.

Using another Simpsons line I think the simplest reason why G5 turned out this weak is: “study shows their crumbling economy is due to their lazy attitude and shoddy work.”
And there you are! That’s all. Nothing extraordinary.

They’re lazy, greedy and even though they aren’t talentless, but they give a damn about the end result. “Meh, it’s gonna be ‘nough for ‘em.” “Who cares?”
Okay, economy, okey mass producing, but I would not give out of my hand such a slapdash, about-nothing stories like these. Why? Because I appreciate myself that much I won’t be content with a product like that with my name on it.
But here, EVERYBODY give a crap about EVERYTHING. The artists working on the G5 saw it nothing more than an other job to do. Like a plumber look at a toilet. I just finish this, and still have another 30 today. But a plumber at least mush pay attention to do a decent job. Employed artist and creators don’t. As they aren’t artist or creators there but blue-collar workers.

G5 turned out to be shit. Anybody was fired? No.
There is nothing conspiracy theory. Hasbro didn’t want to get rid of us.
We mush accept the that fact that G4 was an accidental phenomenon. Nobody wanted or excepted it. It just occurred.

Sorry to rumbling here, but I had nowhere else to ventilate out my thoughts.

Yeah. It’s primarily better for those G4 purists taking a multitude of handicaps with them, because no matter their motivational demeanor, anti-friendship is a poisonous proposition, both in terms of favorites and least favorites of their respective pony highlights no matter the episode or generation they’re based on. And it’s no wonder their profits are in the deepest slump ever conceived. If next generation doesn’t hold water, it probably would end up being another failed assignment for Hasbro too. So, better for the G4 purists to start biting the bullet and go about their business with other shows from this day forward.

It’s mostly for the better now that the fandom is shrinking back to what it was pre-g4 and bronies are becoming a thing of the past. I’m not really a brony since I like G3 so I’m technically a MLP fan, and I’m also willing to see it’s disappearance given how much they hated on G3. We imo set the quality bar WAY too high for future generations (So high in fact that anything that is not G4 is considered to be bad). It’s just an overall burden to the brand in general. Chris Cocks and Hasbro aren’t in the wrong for doing this.

Allspark was the main animated studio behind My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, the most popular Littlest Pet Shop TV series (The one with Zoe Trent in it.), and Transformers Prime.

That’s the reason why G5 mlp looked so different from fim, because it’s not made by the same Hasbro Studio that made fim since that studio got shut down in 2020 a year after fim ended.

And yes, they also made the hated Pony Life TV series. It was one of the last TV series that they made before going under.

That explains why G5 sucks because it’s not made by the same animated studio that made fim, because that animated studio no longer exists anymore, and it’s gone.

Hasbro is not out of touch. They’re dead for real.

The original Hasbro Studios that made Fim, Dan Vs., Littlest Pet Shop and Transformers Prime so popular with its fans shut its animated studio down in 2020, 4 years ago.

So, it no longer exists anymore. It’s gone.

That means that G5 mlp was made by a completely different Studio and not the same Hasbro Studio that made fim so popular.

That clearly explains why G5 failed so badly. It all makes sense now.

That has got to be the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard in my life. Chris Cocks Literally just realize that my little pony is for little girls and wanted to eliminate the Brony fandom and honestly after seeing all the terror it caused, I do not blame him and we won’t have any in 2025. It’s so bad, I genuinely believe Chris Cocks is a spy sent in by Warner Bros to bankrupt the company, and Brian Goldner was assassinated to get Cocks in (I’m aware Goldner died of prostate cancer, to me, that doesn’t mean it wasn’t an assassination)
