I love neon tetras.
You did good ^_^ They look like individuals to me. And the very colorful ones look like they’re floating out from the image. It’s a really great use of foreground vibrancy and “presence” versus background ‘slightly out of focus’, which a good blend between. It’s really making me see things that aren’t even in the image. It’s … nice. I like looking at it.

I just looked up that name and I have no idea who that is or what he’s from, but more fish boys is a 10/10 to me.
The hard part is picking colors for all of them so the copypasting isn’t too obvious.
