I forgot to reply here. The explanation was longer, but I quote a few sentences from the commissioner:

Flurry Heart for this comic is supposed to be evil. She is meant to look more evil than Sombra.

This is an alternate universe where Flurry Heart grows up without her parents because Sombra won, he was not defeated by the mane 6. Flurry Heart was shown as being an extremely powerful alicorn in the show, even as a foal. She was raised to be evil, and she is even more powerful than Sombra.

Flurry Heart has Sombra wrapped around her finger (hoof), but she actually does love him. She is not just using him. But she loves power even more than him.

Also, it’s implied. That even though she was raised to be evil by Sombra. She is naturally evil, it’s her personality. In the show we don’t see adult Flurry Heart, so it’s open to speculation.

Seriously, Platinumdrop, how did you managed to turn Flurry Heart into such a Hitler? Did you managed to magically fuse her with Opaline? Or did you somehow extracted Sombra’s darkest personality traits, increase them several times and brainwashed Flurry with them?
