Rarity punch Ember in the faaace.

Well, Dragon horns are just a decoration though. While a Unicorn’s horn is where all their magic is and what defines them as a species. The wings remaining is clear, but if a creature can’t use magic to begin with, I think its fair that they don’t become a Unicorn just cause they had horns too. While on the other hand, if a creture can use magic it should become a Unicorn even if it didn’t originally have horns.
