Not quite 5 years, just 4, but ‘Austistic’ is still the go-to insult for anyone acting too ‘nerdy’ - whether it’s social awkwardness or very narrow and firm definitions of stuff (like insisting on one exact interpretation of a rule, no matter who contradicts them)  
Which makes sense, in an offensive sort of way.
