The artist deleted her post of this image, which is why I wasn’t able to provide a direct source link. She had also deleted her post of the original (>>3344441) before I uploaded it; I was only able to provide the source link for that image because it happened to be saved in my browser history.
Someone might be able to find the source link for this image by looking at posts on X quoting the original, as X seems to include the URL of the original post in those posts.

someone made an edit without the artists consent completely lightening pinkies skin and making her white. it was getting way more upvotes than this or the tan version. nothing wrong with headcanoning pinkie as white (i do myself) but dont edit peoples artwork of ponies as poc. glad the edit got taken down for rule 1
The artist replied to the edit indicating that she approved of it, so I don’t think it should’ve been deleted. She seems to have deleted that post (along with her posts of this image and the original version) so you’ll have to take my word for it.
It’s worth noting that the artist was herself trying to one-up another artist when she posted the original—and she posted this version in response to complaints that she had made Pinkie lighter-skinned than in the image she was responding to.
