Soon they got shrink ray. Instead of Rainbow Dash being normal sized, she just grows as a tiny as if she wasn’t seen.
The term “Giantess” goes all the way back to various different Mythologies. It was used to describe female giants more or less.
The term these days (as WatermelonRat pointed out) rarely gets any use outside of Macrophillia circles.
It may be the former, but the term has been used before that I’m sure.
I just think of it as a term, like male/female, stallion/mare, buck/doe, and thus giant/giantess.
Phew, it felt good to get that off of my chest!
