If you want specifics, someone posted a link earlier in the comments that explains the history of the meme. But basically the idea was that someone would say they were leaving for awhile and to watch their drink while they were away (and they would post an image of chocolate milk). Then someone would post an image of the chocolate milk being tipped over.
