Still, Rule 63 version of Twilight Sparkle looks pretty cute. :XD:
Ever since I had decided to draw a female version of Robot DeFault from Robot and Monster [link] [link], I had also thought about maybe I should draw her with Dusk Shine, seeing as not only were Fiona and Cake from Adventure Time the reasons why I decided to draw some genderbent fanart of :iconrobot-and-monster:. I guess I’m starting to really warm up to Rule 63 stuff, and I do enjoy drawing it for one of my favorite shows RnM. :D
Out of all the colts Rule 63’d after the Mane 6, Dusk Shine kind of struck me as ‘odd’ in design. I mean, his entire manly physique is perfect, as it resembles any colt or stallion on MLP FIM…I’m mainly distracted by the mane. :eyepopping:
Kind of funny that every time I look at Dusk Shine and his layered mane, I immediately think the original artist was implying that Twilight Sparkle would be ‘dark-skinned’ in human sense, though no relation to Zecora, of course. :D I mean, besides the hair reminding me of that old cartoon show that used to air on Kids!WB known as Static Shock :iconstaticshockclub:, I also think of Bob Marley…:iconbobmarleyplz: :XD:
I spoke with :iconaeon-borealis: about such and we both agree that maybe Dusk Shine could have been given a different mane design. But that’s our opinions, of course. ^^;
Twilight Sparkle may be my favorite mare…but Dusk Shine really isn’t my favorite colt. ^^; Honestly, I think I like Rainbow Blitz (Rainbow Dash) more; call me weird, but he appears the ‘hottest’ out of the Mane 6. :iconrainbowblitzplz: :lol:

I know. That’s what makes the design cool.
@EvilTon
I think she’s referring to the hair.
Exactly.
Kickassia was meh, Suburban Knights was okay, and To Boldly Flee was actually pretty good, and each one gave more and more attention to having everyone involved actually contribute and interact with eachother.
I’m not sure abou and shine heaven now, but, the elements of harmony and the savior of worlds side story, united we stand is a crossover with G1 mlp, Jem, dungeons and dragons, g1 transformers, g1 gi joe, and MLP:fim.
Are they full crossovers all the time, or is it just a few things together at a time and cameos?
I have seen a couple decent mass crossovers such as, And Shine Heaven Now and, the elements of harmony and the savior of worlds,
Well I have yet to see a single writer pull of more than that(and rarely more the two really), so for me that rule is unbroken.
No, but my point still stands if you’re a good enough writer you can break rule 2
Ya, but I that rule is for when it’s one person behind it, you think Super Robot Wars has just one person making it?
You can break number 2 if you’re a good enough storyteller, just look at super robot wars, that crosses over pretty much every mecha anime.
I have not conversation with her, and I dried one too as she brakes my two big rules on crossovers
But she just put them together and never have anything come form the differences and just put in tons of thing.
Who doesn’t like that show?
The sad thing is that she has decent talent with established character design and has only done crossovers. I think I’ve seen one, maybe two of her pictures that stay within one universe.
@Princess♠Molestia
She’s a chief example why most visual artists should not write.
She also thinks it’s a-okay to break character, sees it as developing the character.
She actually told me this in a conversation, though she was trying to present it as something okay. As you can see, I don’t agree.
Hope for the best, expect the worst, some people including me always say.
May Celestia give you protection on your journey.
Trying to provide Cartuneslover with criticism of any kind? ahahahahahahhahahahahha
no
she has a following of people who fawn all over her and she doesn’t see the need to improve
hence why none of her drawings actually have backgrounds
Oh SH(yay)IT I’m going tag exploring
Wish me^ luck guys
