It would be pretty awesome if they did do a crossover of some sort. The fact they have portals to alternate realities pretty much seals it.
Also, i’m confident that people will grow to like EQG for it’s own merits, much like ALicorn Twilight.
Welcome to the Internet.
Most of those don’t matter later on.
Yeah, Sasuke definitely leans faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar into sue territory. Especially when goes into walking Deus Ex Machina mode. Deidara battle , I’m looking at you.
But Twilight…I just can’t see it.
Cadence is poorly written. Sasuke is a Mary-sue.
And I say that because:
Well, for me there is a sue and then there is just a poorly written Character.
Something like Ebony Raven Way from My Immortal, THAT is a mary sue to me.
Something like say, Cadence or Sasuke Uchiha from Naruto, lean more toward poorly written. Especially something like Sasuke since he’s a walking Deus Ex MAchina at thimes.
Actually, there are those who have figured out what makes a sue. Don’t ever use the Sue Litmus Test to figure it out though, there are gaps in it.
I was thinking of Twilight, but I guess that could be considered sueish. Personally I hate the term cause there is no longer any real definition, it just means a character someone doesn’t like now.
Anyway, I’d say it depends on the writing, and I don’t watch Transformers so I can’t make the call on that.
What? He dies in every version, but comes back somehow. How is that not Sue-ish?
I would question that statement, but. Eh.
