Clearly the table leg is up because Twilight has her foot/hoof on the leg on the other side. It’d be sitting level if she wasn’t.
I’d guess the wallpaper has soot on it. Some fireplaces are notorious for doing that if the wind is blowing from the wrong direction.

I get it, though. It’s a compliment that you’re looking at them hard enough to find things like that. :)
The damage to wallpaper is just meant to be old moisture damage and/or dirt, because it’s an old building. I’d assume.

I’m sorry. I’m really sorry for… bumping your nose into this.
Your work is of high quality. Visually and in storytelling sense. It’s floating… like the table on the carpet, having two legs in the air over the wooden floor. Well, you wouldn’t play on a leaning table.
There is just so much to see (and hidden) in your pictures. So I like to look at them for longer than some seconds. So I discover some… mold? Is that mold on the wallpaper?
