This wouldn’t be an XK-class end of the world scenario simply because all sound on Earth (and Earth-like planets) is capped at 194 decibels. It’s physically impossible to get a sound louder than that; if you tried, you would get an explosion, and the explosion would generate a noise of 194 decibels
