The Pinkie Pie render fifth from the left on the third row from the top (>>3149448) has been slightly modified; Pinkie’s right eye is supposed to have a gradient, but due to rendering issues I replaced it with a solid color.
It strongly depends on whether Hasbro accidentally left them in any of their PDFs over the years, and I haven’t found any yet. I’m not aware of these kinds of things being intentionally published in some other form, although you could potentially get similar results from things like the Hub Network Flash games (if they’ve been properly archived).
