This is the fusion of King Sombra, Tirek and Pony of Shadows. Together as one. I even made up there names together too. You can even see The Pony Of Shadows face on Tirek’s chest.
So you see it’s got wings, 3 / three horns, 4 / four arms, those extra arms are made of shadows and six legs.
