They’re called Sakura Gelly Roll, I really like them! :)
Now what kind of gel pen? I took advice to buy a few from a college who sketched with gel pens instead of doing this kind of mix medium stuff; they don’t work well.
I used a combination of white gel pen and white colored pencil for that. Worked wonders! <3
