I’m now confused about who’s being serious.
If lava didn’t exist, kids would need to invent it just so they could have something to avoid on the floor.
Really? well I learned something today.
Bad volcano eruption movies taught me wrong.
You obviously have no idea how lava works: the heat can only affect you when you come into contact with the lava. Until then, you can get as close to it as you can without any ill effects.
I’d say it’s something instinctive; jumping around between things was certainly something our primate ancestors did!
Or worse when your wings clip grandma’s urn on the mantle …
