I am rereading this series.

From where the aura is distributed I think Izzy is moving her to a more traditional sleeping position, which… could be risky if Izzy doesn’t know what she is doing. OTOH Unicorn telekinesis might be able to distribute the load better than a single pair (or perhaps even two pairs?) of nurse’s hooves could.
