“Early” Fluttershy, found on the Lauren Faust’s MLP early sketches features a slightly different design including her mane, tail, eye shape, eyebrow and even Cutie Mark.
The ribbons (on her mane and tail) were added in order to correspond with another sketch of early Fluttershy from different angle.
