I doubt she’s BACK back. The harmony crystal is right there, so it’s probably either a message left by her, or some kind of talking “in spirit” jedi sort of thing.

Nope, that’s not Twilight. Just the Tree of Harmony.
Don’t you guys remember back in fim the Tree of Harmony took on Twilight’s appearance and looks near the end of fim?
My bet is that some of the ponies (most likely Sunny’s father), took parts of the Tree of Harmony and made them into ‘The New Elements of Harmony’. That’s the only explanation I can think of as to why Twilight is in G5.
Chances are Hasbro is going to confirm later that the mane 6 are all dead in G5 since they were already old in ‘The Last Problem’ at the end of fim.
