Tia Lynn Ballard is the official voice actress for Velvet
Because I have a small reference pool which does not recognize anime voice actors and actresses (since most anime voices in English Dubs tend to fall into a few rough archetypes in my experience with 90s anime) and heard that cry in Rarity’s voice. Though that does not in any way invalidate your choice.
