Nah, you just wear her :D
She can move autonomously, so when you’re wearing her she can sync her movements with yours to boost your strength. The trade-off is you have no control over her, so she can also force you to move if she wants :P
She can outright make you move. You’d have to be pretty strong to resist her :D
She’ll heal over time. She’s like Christine :P
