Since we don’t exactl have a timeline from G4 to G5 and Ember and Spiek’s lifespans we can’t assume that Ember had anything to do with Dragons not being seeing by Equestrians for generations.

It’s like the same thing with Twilight. Because Ember is the last ruler we saw, so it must mean she is the one responsible for the destruction of the place instead of anyone after her. It’s not like inheritance is a thing, right?
