Even if it is simultaneous, I don’t think Fluttershy would want to share with the rest of Ponyville.
(Pinkie, on the other hand, probably handles heat the easiest, as she probably has no more inhibitions regarding sex than she does in any other area and, as usual, just wants to make everypony happy.)
Probably, though, the show seems to imply she’s pretty athletic, thanks to her job. Also, I never looked it up for reals, but I kind of thought estrus is simultaneous within a herd, or geological position, or… Yeah, I should look it up. XD

…And Spike’s not a pony or a human. How’s he gonna handle this if it’s him? Especially given that Twilight’s the closest thing to family he has. (For that matter, would the realization she just offered herself to Spike cause Twilight to slam on the brakes and go look for a memory-wiping spell, or would she be ready to cross that line?)
