try downloading the video and using ezgif.com to do mp4 to gif :O thats how i do it, and it wont watermark it

Download the video with ytp-dlg
Clip the video of the frames you want with boram
Use ffmpeg with the command βffmpeg -i βfilehere.webmβ βframes/out-%03d.jpgβ to convert the clipped video to images (make a folder called frames in the folder or it wont work)
Torrent photoshop and insert the frames there, tell it to make a gif
