Time lapse thing of
I figured some may be interested in how I make vectors (like the badges and stuff). Also for the curious, this was done by mass ctrl-z, then ctrl-y while running a screen recorder.
And yes my Inkscape version is pretty old and my workspace basic; it works…

ok, well back to the front
Only the normal circle tool and basic movement, I’m afraid. I shift the iris and pupil around immediately after I reposition the eye each time; I guess it looks 3D because of how fast the steps play out, but it’s just old-fashioned sequential tweaking.
it’s curious how you move those eyes as if the image moved in a sphere
