Alas, Twitter ravages file quality, and it’s what almost all artists use these days.

Also, I think a lot of the artefacts you may be seeing are intentional “painterly” effects, though there’s definitely lots of border fuzz and ghost pixels around.

There is definitely some jpeg artifacts here. I recommend exporting to bmp or something more quality preserving if you use PC.
