really? she didn’t seem like that in the movie

I’d say she did. Strange as it seems, Zipp has more Fluttershy in her than Rainbow Dash. Yeah, she’s strong and athletic and confident in her flying skills, but as we saw in “Zipp’s Flying School”, she is VERY socially awkward, almost as bad as Fluttershy. Her mother insisting on her acting like the future ruler doesn’t help matters, either.
